I am an informal educator and resource broker who advocates for community, accessibility, and belonging for all disabled people. I have worked in museum education, higher ed, and mentoring working with all ages of disabled folks. Being disabled myself, I seek to use my knowledge as an insider and outsider to help my clients make informed decisions respective of their autonomy

For my consulting work, I specialize in:

• Developing workshops focusing on accessibility (event planning, digital, social media, and physical environment), disability inclusion, intersectional inclusivity, recognizing ableism, and positive self-identity for disabled people.
• Breaking down movements in disability history such as disability rights, disability justice, autism acceptance, and the neurodiversity movement.
• Working with a neurodiverse demographic that is neuro-affirming and rooted in restorative justice, trauma-sensitive practices, and universal design.

I also provide resource brokerage to disabled adults. This can look like coaching on executive functioning, navigation of systems, resume/cover letter reviewing, vocational support, and more. I lend my knowledge and lived experience, knowing my limitations, to help other disabled people understand effectively navigate through purposely complex systems. I provide 1:1 coaching remotely or in-person if located in the Greater Boston Area.

I help those scaffold holistic connections with the disability community and with themselves. I strive to help mentor and coach others who wish to broaden their audience to accommodate disabled people in their work. In turn, I seek to learn from you in being a culturally responsive care worker in radical learning/unlearning.
